Understanding Your Plan Limits

What your subscription includes, what is metered by usage, and what is billed separately.

Your subscription covers access to the platform and everything you build inside it. A few things are metered separately because they cost money every time they're used — mainly anything that leaves the platform and travels across a phone or email network.

📋Included in your subscription

  • Your hosted account and every tool inside it
  • Unlimited pages, funnels, forms, workflows, pipelines, and calendars
  • Your contact database, up to your plan's contact allowance
  • Team user seats, within your plan's seat allowance
  • Platform maintenance, updates, and uptime
  • Access to this support site and the support desk during published hours

📊Billed by usage, not included

These are pass-through costs. You pay what the carrier or provider charges, and you control the volume.

WhatHow it's counted
Outbound SMS and MMSPer message segment sent. Long messages count as more than one segment.
Inbound SMS and MMSPer message segment received.
Phone numbersMonthly, per number you keep on the account.
Outbound and inbound callingPer minute.
Email sendsPer email delivered, beyond your included volume.
Messaging registrationOne-time and recurring carrier fees for business and campaign registration.

Usage costs are driven almost entirely by list size multiplied by send frequency. A broadcast to a large list costs real money every time you press send. Segment before you send and you'll spend a fraction of what an untargeted blast costs — and get better results.

📏Seat and volume allowances

Your plan's specific allowances — contacts, team seats, and included send volume — are shown in your account under billing. If what you see there doesn't match what you expected, contact the support desk before you build around it.

⚠️What happens when you approach a limit

  • Contact limits. New contacts may fail to save or be queued once you're at your ceiling. Upgrade, or clear out inactive records, before you get there.
  • Seat allowances. You won't be able to add a user until you free a seat or move up a plan.
  • Usage-metered items. These keep working and accrue on your next invoice. They don't cut off mid-campaign.
  • Email sending. Can be throttled if your bounce or complaint rates rise. That's reputation protection, not a billing limit. See Email Sending Limits.

⬆️Changing your plan

Upgrading never costs you data or configuration — everything you've built carries over. Submit a request through the support desk naming the tier you want. Downgrades need a little more care: check that your contacts and team seats fit the smaller plan first. Full detail is on Billing & Plan Changes.

💰Keeping costs predictable

  • Clean your list quarterly. You pay to message people who will never reply.
  • Release phone numbers you aren't using.
  • Use email for long messages and SMS for short, time-sensitive ones. A 400-character text is four billable segments.
  • Check your reporting monthly rather than reading your invoice in surprise.

Common questions

What happens if I go over my contact limit?
The platform flags the overage. New imports may fail or queue. Upgrade, or remove inactive contacts to free space.

Can I downgrade?
Yes, though it may restrict access to data or features that exceed the smaller tier. Raise a request before you downgrade so we can check it with you.

Are there setup fees?
No. Your subscription covers your platform access.

Do unused sends roll over?
No. Unused email or messaging volume doesn't carry to the next month.
