Billing & Plan Changes

Payment methods, invoices, upgrades, downgrades, and what happens if you cancel.

💳How billing works

  • Your subscription bills automatically on a recurring cycle from the date your account was activated.
  • Usage charges — messaging, calling, and email sends — are billed separately from your subscription. See Understanding Your Plan Limits.
  • Invoices are issued to the billing email on your account.
  • Subscription charges are for platform access and are not prorated by how much you use the platform.

🔄Updating your payment method

  1. Open your account settings and go to the billing section.
  2. Add the new card before removing the old one.
  3. Set the new card as the default payment method.
  4. Remove the old card only after the new one is confirmed as default.
Set a reminder

Expiring cards are the single most common cause of an interrupted account. Put your card's expiry month in your calendar with a one-month lead.

⚠️If a payment fails

  1. We'll attempt the charge again and notify the billing email on file.
  2. Update your payment method as soon as you're notified.
  3. If the balance stays unpaid, account access can be suspended. Your data isn't deleted at suspension — but a suspended account can't send, receive, or book anything, so fix it quickly.

⬆️Changing your plan

ChangeWhat happens
UpgradeYou keep every contact, page, and workflow. Billing adjusts from your next cycle unless you ask for it immediately.
DowngradeTakes effect at the end of your current cycle. Check your contacts and seats fit the smaller plan first.

Request either through the support desk. Include your account name and the tier you want to move to, and we'll confirm the new amount before anything is processed.

👋Cancelling

  • Cancellation requests are submitted in writing through the support desk.
  • Your account stays active through the end of the cycle you've already paid for.
  • Subscription payments already made are not refunded for unused time.
  • Export your data before your access ends. Contacts, conversation history, and any content you want to keep. Once access ends, retrieval isn't guaranteed.
  • Phone numbers on your account are released at cancellation and can't be recovered afterward. If a number matters to your business, start a port-out before you cancel.
Before you cancel, do this

Export contacts to CSV. Download any documents and contracts you need to retain. Save copies of your published page content. Start any phone number port. Then submit the request.

The Terms and Conditions and Cancellation & Billing policy you agreed to at signup govern in any case where they differ from this page.
